User Data Deletion Instructions
If you want OncoLB to delete personal data associated with your use of our messaging channels, submit a deletion request by email.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to m.minhem1@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the phone number or email address associated with your communication.
Verification and Processing
- We may request information to verify ownership of the data before deletion.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible data from operational systems.
- Certain records may be retained where required by law or regulatory obligations.
Timeline
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
